Default Torque Values & Fluid Level Information Needed...

Greetings from the Pacific Northwest. I'm working on a 1982 Honda Ascot that I swapped 1989 Honda Hurricane CBR600 Forks, Wheels & Brakes onto. I need some information on torque values & fluid levels.

I'm looking for the torque values for tightening the bolts that fasten the front brake disks to the wheel.

Also need the torque values for tightening the bolts that fasten the rear brake disk to the rear wheel.

Then I need the torque values for fastening the rear sprocket to the cush drive hub.

Lastly, I'm looking for information on the weight of fork oil to use & how many CC's of oil each fork leg requires at changing.

Thank you
~JM~

Hi and welcome.

You can find all the torque values and fork volumes in either the fsm or haynes manual.

You can download both here https://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-600f-...1990-a-128286/
