Default Tire pressure..

i checked my tire pressure today and it was pretty low.. front was around 15psi and the rear was at about 22psi.. i filled them up to about 35psi in each tire, but im not sure if this is the best pressure or not..
what tire pressure should i be running for normal riding?

36 front 42 rear is factory pressures, and I personally think that gives the best balance of tire wear and performance on the street, but you'll get mixed answers on this one.

Check what it says in the hand book if you have one, that's always a good starter for 10. You may still have the factory sticker on your chain guard that gives you the recommended pressures.
Do 600s run at 36/42? That's certainly correct for the 1000F.

FWIW, I've been running my BT023s a bit harder lately. I find it makes the steering a little lighter and more precise. Front +1.5psi, Rear +1psi.
Every tyre has it's own characteristic though. Experiment a bit.
Check pressures every week at least.

unfortunately, my bike doesnt even have a chain guard anymore.. but im going to try the 36/42 and see how it feels.. it already feels a billion times better than it did with the low pressure
