For those that have used "KREEM"
hey, wondering for those of you that have "KREEM"ed your tanks, i'm in the process of doing mine, tried to go by the book, put the full "pint" of liner, but seems some places are quite thicker then others.... i sloshed the stuff every 10 min for an hour, untill it finally got a little thick, but alot puddled on the bottom, and no matter which way i move the tank it won't drain, since the drain isnt the lowest point techinically... :/ did any of you have this problem? and did it come out ok with a bit thicker in some spots then others? also, i still have a few spec's of "loose" rust floating, no matter how much water i put they wouldn't float out..... i actually had to put back some of the phos acid b/c i started to flash rust since i was too busy getting those few tiny flakes out... finally said **** it, washed, acetoned, then lines asap. thanks!

It is okay that it is thicker in some spots. you should have left the rust specks floating around and then flushed them out after the Kreem set.
If you are working with a tank that you don't care about the paint on, having a rad shop boil it out and red coat it is a better choice.

hey, i've notice some people clean all the rust and junk out of the tank... they just slap it back on and move on with life... i'm wondering if a our tanks even come with a liner from the factory? after doing the "kreem" stuff, and all the work i put into it... i can see a few tiny spot of surface rust where the "kreem" thinned out forming.. will good gas keep it from rusting? or what do ya'll recc? thanks!
