Stock Jet size / needle profile

Stock Jet size / needle profile
On my new (to me) CBR 600 the previous owner had installed the Dynojet stage 2 kit and drilled the airbox, etc.
Right now I'm cleaning the carbs. It looks like he used the 116 jets and the Dynojet needles, which have kind of a taper to them.
In a box that I got with the bike, there's 4 brand new needles, and some jets not in a bag and I'm trying to figure out what they are. the needles don't really have much of a taper to them, and are a little shorter than the dynojet needles. They also don't have the circlip and adjustable length, just a cap on the "slide" end.
Do you think these are the 'stock' needles that he replaced? Are your stock needles just kind of fat and don't taper much towards the end?
If the jets not in the bag are the stock ones, I'm guessing they're 105's, right?
Any ideas? TIA.
