Should I / Could I get these?
Pirelli Sport Demon front and rear tires
Rear: 140/80V-17
Front: 110/70H-17
Will these fit and work on my stock 89 hurricane?

they will fit, however you want to get the sidewall height the same. so the 70 or 80, they should both be the same, or your will have late steering.
you can fit up to a 150 on the rear, and i believe 120 on the front.
