Synced my carbs and now it feels like I hit a brick wall with power as soon as I cross 5500/6000. Like she will give me all she has in the bottom end but as soon as she crosses that threshold, it will lose power violently enough to disturb my riding position.

When you rebuilt the carbs did you set your float position correctly?
float level too low and you will run out of fuel in the carbs.

Did you check your fuel filter yet?
Not enough fuel flow when you romp on it you will empty out the carbs.

Ignition is good?

Recheck your float heights as drakito said, as well at the needle jet movement. The diaphragms need a perfect seal, otherwise at WOT the needles won't lift.

First of all start a new thread, and second follow the advice suggested above and report back..
