Random Hose

Default Random Hose

I have asked a bit around about this some already but with little results, I have to hoses that are not connected to anything one has a screw in it other is just open. Do they connect or what?

Oh yea daily rider.
Recently replaced cct & tires
No major problems except once it get warm, wont start at first have to wait 30 seconds fires right up.

The piece running under the seat go down and connect to the top of the canister below the shock.

Is it a "CALIFORNIA" bike? With all the emissions crap on the carb? I don't know if that's anything to do with those hoses, but it's a possibility.

could be missing a purge control valve.

Maybe someone has disabled the California emissions stuff, and left some of the plumbing.

I don't have any of that stuff, so I don't really know. Sorry.

it could also be the coolant over flow tube. mine is in the same location
