I recently bought an F1 that was sitting in a guys garage for years. A little work here and there and viola - road worthy! The rear tire is absolutely bald though and I know next to nothing about which tires. Im on a pretty tight budget so does anybody have any recommendations for (mostly) cheap, reliable, rear tires?

Bridgestone BattleAxe BT-45's are good. You can get a set for about $190 shipped. They stick well. If you get the H rated instead of the V rated, you can get a 140/80/17 in the rear, which is a bit wider than the stock 130.

But to tell you the truth I cant tell the difference between any tires I use. They seem to work.
