eBay is your best bet for plastics, unless you're independently wealthy. Or, look in your area for "used motorcycle parts-salvage". Motorcycle junkyards make their living on plastic for old bikes.
Same for the Mirror, too. You can also go online or to your local dealer and buy a new set of aftermarket mirrors that might look just fine for $20-30.
Some company out there makes the little rear cowl piece and/or a "solo-look" piece, I can't remember right now. Someone will know.
for OEM parts, the cheapest is almost always www.servicehonda.com; but you need to go to another website like www.mrcycles.com or any website that has the real Honda part numbers, so you can enter them into the service honda parts-finder.
'90 is a great year for this bike. Congrats.
