Hi guys, I am the proud owner of an F2, but a friend of mine has just upgraded from a VT250, to a 1989 CBR600F. recently repainted, looking very tidy and with several thousand dollars worth of receipts for work done on it in the last couple years.

I am aware on the common issues on the F2's being an owner of one, but not to sure if these issues are common the the F1's as well, and perhaps what additional issues are common?

not sure what the F2's issues are? i think the cam chain tensioner covers about all the cbrs. you might look to see if the left side of the frame, at rear engine mount is cracked. other than that, its random electrical issues, to dirty carbs from letting them sit.
