I just installed new fork seals. I have everything back together up to the point of reinstalling the front wheel. I have followed my manual from what I can see, but I just cant seem to get the calipers lined up. It almost seems like my right fork wont get close enough to the wheel to let the caliper line up with the rotor correctly, Thank you for any help!

 

Its just not my day......I have seem to have solved that issue while causing another soon after. While tightening the lower allen bolt on the left caliper I seem to have snapped it off.....I dont know what the odds are of me being able to extract it. Would be possible to drill out and helicoil?

 

Lots of things to try...

Try an easy-out first. If you don't have one...

you can try drilling a small hole in the bolt (doesn't need to go all the way through) and hammering in a small torx driver into the hole.

If there is enough of the bolt showing you can cut a slot in the screw with a dremel and use a flat blade screwdriver.
