I have a few questions
Alright i am going to apologize in advance because the answer to these questions are probably in a sticky somewhere, but here goes. I bought a 90 cbr 600 for 750 dollars, runs great, but its missing the front lower plastics, and i would like to know if there is a way to fit the plastics from an f2, or other years on the hurricane? because there are a lot of fairing kits on ebay that look pretty neat.
Also ive noticed that on a lot of f1's the rear end is generally pretty low and i was wondering if you could like adjust the rear shock, or get a longer one or something to make the rear end higher up to look a little bit more aggressive?
I have noticed that the front end dives pretty hard when i hit the brakes, and comes up quite a bit when i accelerate, and i was wondering if the front shocks are adjustable also? or do i need to replace something?
And lastly, i have to have the handlebars to the left a little bit to get the front wheel straight, and im kindof upset that i cant figure it out myself, but is something bent on the front forks? or is something just adjusted wrong or loose or anything?
Any help on any of these topics will really be appreciated thanks guys!

1. other year fairings are not a straight bolt-on affair. with that you would need to make new brackets to allow fitment of other year fairings.
2. there is no height adjustment on the rear shock. only preload and damping. you cannot go much longer on the shock because of the shock linkage and how much travel it will allow. a possible fit would be from a early '90s kawasaki ninja. or aftermarket shock with height adjustment.
3. fronts are not adjustable. possible issues are worn springs, fork oil past its prime, or both. a possible rebuild may be in order if it has never been done.
4. rear wheel aligned properly? if the forks are bent you would feel the bike shimmy. has the bike ever been in an accident?

If it is when you are riding I would look at the wheel alignment. If it is when you are sitting parked, check to make sure the bars aren't bent. Sometimes it helps iif you loosen off all the front end bolts (axle, lower and upper trees) while the bike is on a lift and then tighten them back up.

Thanks guys! Alright, will the closer years to the hurricane fairings be easier to fit? like will f2 fairings be easier to put on vs f4 fairings?
And yeah i have to **** the handlebars to the left a little while im riding to go straight, and its entirely possible that its been in a wreck, i have a feeling that someone who owned it before me was a dumbass, theres some pretty goofy stuff with this bike lol

They're all different year bikes and I'd assume that the frame & other bushings would be different to accomodate a different enginer (f2, f3, etc. ) so I'd imagine that you're going to have to start fabbing up some brackets pretty much no matter what you do
another useless item on these forks is the anti-dive valve on the left fork bottom. that seal always seems to be weeping oil.
a rebuild and a heavier set of springs does wonders.
I would try replacing the fork oil before you shell out for heavier springs. If it has been in there for 19 years (likely as most do-it-yourself mechanics don't change the fork oil regularly) then it is probably broken down and useless.
You can do it yourself with a proper service manual, but be careful when you take it apart as the spring pressure can shoot things out at you. This might be a job that you want someone who has done it before to do for you. You can often put in oil with a higher viscosity which dampens your front end better.
