Bike has been leaking coolant from the side of the radiator, it had engine ice coolant in it before and never leaked and when it went to the shop they put green coolant in it and now it leaks from that spot, it will only leak when the water pump is turning and the system is pressurized. I tried jb weld around the seem from where its leaking and it did not work. I really dont want to buy another radiator because it will probably leak and I dont want to keep investing money into this bike. Im assuming since its the wrong coolant it started leaking what can I do to stop the leak and how hard would it be converting back to engine ice?
That is just regular coolant. The only way it could be incorrect is if they didn’t dilute it with water.
To put engine ice back in it, you just need to flush the system and drain it.
I am pretty confident the radiator is going to leak regardless of which coolant is used.
If you don’t wish to replace it, I would suggest taking it to a radiator shop for repair.
