HT Leads Order
Hi There,
New to the forum and tried a search on this but cant see anything. I have a 1987 CBR 600. I have just got the bike from a friend who stripped down ready for track days, reassembled and was left outside for nearly 2 years. I have just got and started the project again. I have checked some areas of the bike and started to look at the spark plugs etc. noticed that one of the caps was loose and as he had mentioned that he struggled to get her to start last time wondered if he had put the HT leads in the wrong way or wrong firing order.
Does anyone know the way to identify which leads need to go on which cylinder? It might seem like a daft question but the haynes manual i got given with it has no mention and for someone to leave a cap off loose might have also put them back in the wrong order.
If anyone can help it will be another area i can tick off and know is either ok or needs adjusting.
Thanks
