What is the trick to removing the hand grips on the bike, mine seem like there literally glue onto the metal.

 

if they are glued on, you'll have to razorblade them off.

if they can turn, then you can patiently wiggle them off.

if you are putting new grips on and don't care about the old ones, then by all means use a razorblade or knife.

 

use something like an ice pick and spray brake cleaner on it and shove it up the grip and spin it around and it will come right off.

 

YeaI order new grips, due to the one I have on there are worn in parts down to nothing. So Ill just razor it off.
