Well my low beam just went out so I'm looking at upgrading to HID instead of replacing, but it looks like all of the ones listed on Ebay want you to tell them what bulb type you have. The only spec I can find in my manual is 12v 60/55W. and the listings want me to choose from stuff like this
BULB TYPE: H1, H3, H4(low), 9003(low) ,HB2(low) , H6, H6m , H7, H8, H9, H10, 9145, H11, H13(low), 9008 (Low), 880/881 (All 800 series), 9004(low), HB1(Low), 9005, HB3, 9006, HB4, 9007(low), HB5 (Low)
Any idea what one I need to choose?

Well it looks like I can't legally put them on my Hurricane in the state of Washington anyway.

It's probably a slim chance I'd get a ticket, but I'd rather not give them any reason to pull me over.

Guess I'll just get another bulb.

i hate to be "that guy" and bump a super old thread like this but i figure its better to do this than make a whole new thread, right?

i am looking into HIDs and have no clue as to what size i need to get for the HID conversion kit. does anybody know the headlight bulb size, or specs on what kind of HID kit is needed?

thanks much

Yes bi xenon bulbs are needed. I wouldn't waste your time with a high Kelvin bulb like that. The point is to see and be seen better. The 4500k kit is perfect w just a hint of blue.
