I just bought a 1990 cbr 600 f1 and havent been able to find many mods that will fit this year, like lowering links, swing arms, fender eliminator kits, etc. If you know of any websites or if parts from others years besides 87-90 will fit this bike please post. Thanks - Jordan

 

eBay is your friend. As far as fender eliminator you can do that yourself just get a set of LED turn signals and an LED marker plate holder.
Most of the stuff I bought for my F2 came from eBay or amazon.
For OEM parts I recommend ronayers.com or bikebandit.com You can find most stuff on those sites.
Good luck and enjoy the old hurricane. They're getting pretty rare.

Thanks, but I have searched eBay,bike bandit,cheap cycle parts and can't find anything that really relates to The f1, all the aftermarket parts are for the f2,3. Do you know if the frame from the f1 to the f2,3 have changed much or can you mod the f1 bike with RR parts like most have?

 

If you're looking for performance upgrades Factory Pro and Race Tech both make some parts for this bike. Race Tech has fork springs, cartridge emulators, and they also do rebuilds. Factory Pro has ignition advancers, shift kit, jet kits.

Fender eliminators & other cosmetic things you'll probably have to custom make.

 

well i cant figure out how to send a private message to you but i read ur entire post on your fighter and at the end i was depresed when i found out it was wrecked but im glad ur okay. but i had a few questions bases on the 06 RR tail end and the front end which i have no idea what it is. When the back end was put on did they use a stock 06 rr subframe or was it fitted on the stock f1 frame? also same with the front end?
