does anyone know if a 1992 cbr600 gas tank would fit on a 89 cbr 600?

 

i think it will as it uses the same mounting setup.

just beware the gas caps are entirely different. im sure you thought of it, but the f2's bolt up and the f1's snap in.

 

yea i was thinking about how to tackle that too. im glad you just reminded me. id like to keep it all with one same key so gonna mod somethin

 

any locksmith should be able to rekey the cap for you.
