Here is my hurricane from 1989
I bought it 8 months ago, for quiet cheap ... So the stickers are from a f2, and it was in bad conditions.
I started to paint it last week, hope to be finished sunday.. Blak and blue with original hurricane stickers
just finished my bike :

Default How about a Video then?

Well here is a quick cruise up and down the highway in front of my house. Yup I hit the rev limiter on the way back home twice, dang thing revs too fast now. I need to install my shift light soon. Hopefully I won't bounce of the limiter that way. I added a msd limiter after I overeved a few years ago, it cuts spark out at 12100rpms. My valves actually don't float until about 13,300 but it sucks to do and sounds horrible! Not to mention its bad for the bike. We would have wired in a full msd ignition, but 2 things kept it away. 1, the R/R doesn't put out enough current to run one. 2, the only ignition boxes that can turn 12k are in the $500+ range.
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=skuThere's the part, but i picked it up for a song($25) since a local drag racer was going to full electronic control on his rail.

We should have taken more pictures. I haven't yet figured out how to include a pic like that in a post without it being a thumbnail. Does anyone have a link to instructions? Or can anyone explain it?

get it hosted someplace ( like imageshack.us ) by using the simple upload browser on the main page.

then cleck onthe picture when its displayed.

then right click and either "save image location" if thats there, or "properties" and copy the entire " Image URL" and then open a post on here.

Type

and voila.
