Default Done for a while...

Riding season came early this year (thanks global warming!) and been too broke/busy to do everything I wanted.

A little bit of paint on the frame and swingarm and finished up the headlight/fairing (for now) I cobbled up the mirrors from some old Harley ones I had laying around (too ugly but they will do for now).

Paint is all bedliner with a clearcoat (from a can) over top. Very easy to touch-up!

That sure looks threatening! If I was RCMP (or whatever you have there these days) just a glimpse would make me want to call in the army for backup. Those lights really do it.

How does the charging system handle those lights? They draw over twice as much as stock, right?

Both are 55 watts (same as stock) only one on at a time. Looking to put HID retrofit kit in one day which will drop the watts needed and heat generated and increase the light output but works fine as is. I don't ride much at night anyway.

Do you have a how-to on the manual cam chain tensioner? It sounds like it is a stock one that you modified...
