Default Cutting fender/exhasut removal help

What would be the best tool to recut/shape my front fender? Also I want to remove my headers/manifold from the bike to paint them. If I do so can I just put them back on or am I gonna need a gasket?

I think he's saying to change (replace) the old gaskets if they break when taking the old exhaust off. You can use a liquid gasket from the hardware store (sealant) instead if you wish

use a thin coating if any sealant. try not to remove the gaskets from the head, keep them in the same spot.

should be able to go to local hardware store and pick up a new one. auto supply store might even have that size.
