carbs leaking
so I failed my inspection because the carbs were leaking gas, so we took them out and cleaned them and put them all back together. they leaked even more so...
so it looks as though they were leaking from the floater bowl gaskets and tubes between the carbs. so we ordered the gaskets and o-rings for the tubes that connect between the carbs but the gaskets came with a bunch of other parts around it we don't need. anyone have any of these parts or know somewhere I can get them cheap? the gasket sets were $26 a piece (and we needed 4 b/c they sold the gaskets separately) and the o-rings came in a set of 2 for $15 each set.

You can get o-rings at ACE hardware for almost any application. Harbor Freight also sells o-ring kits in three different types of material. So, go that route for the o-rings, it'll save you some money.

Success!!!
Fritz and I made a run to Harbor Freight, and picked up the Viton and Metric o-ring assortments. Spent $15. Tried to find Viton o-rings that would fit, as they are better rings, but there was better fits in the Metric set for the fuel delivery tubes, and the overflow tubes had some for the Viton work better. Might have save a couple dollars just taking the tubes, and a carb to Ace, but it is done. Back together, and it does not leak! Of coarse, can't get it inspected now until Tuesday... he is out practicing in the neighborhood now.
Thanks for the suggestions guys....
