always wondered why no one had posted the sizes to the bolts on the carbs since the originals love to strip.
each carb has a total of 12 fasteners heres the break down :
4 for the float bowl

4 for the diaphram cover

2 for the cut off valve cover located on the side of the carb

and 2 for the bracket that holds them all together
you could also replace the screws on choke bar arms theres a total of
3 screws here (pic shows two)

the carbs only use two sizes they are M4 0.7 and M5 0.8
4x float bowl covers M4 X 14mm
4x diaphragm cover M4 X 10mm
2x Cut off valve cover M4 X 8mm
2x Bracket bolts M5 X 10mm
(to do all carbs multiply by 4)
---------------
optional
3x choke arm thingy bolts M4 X 6mm
hope this helps somebody out

Nice to see someone else switching out those crappy phillips bolts. I did this on mine after having to remove all the old stripped ones with a damaged faster extractor.
I had to hit 4 different hardware stores to find all the ones i needed since they only had a few sets of each. Dont forget about the 8 that hold the airbox tray on. I think they were m6.
