RE: Carb Cleaning Question(Doing it right now)
Mixture yes And sync. I see that you took the carbs off of the large Aluminum part of the airbox, so it might have changed your sync, and one or more of the cylinders is not getting as much gas as others. If some of your headers seem hotter than others, that's a clue.
Also, check those little springs I was talking about, and make sure none of them fell out. Losing one of those little springs will change your carb sync DRAMATICALLY.
The spring I'm talking about is the one directly in the center of your first pic, there's three total.

yeah, what dalex said for sure. An easy way to check: with the bike running, spray carb cleaner all over each boot. If the engine sound changes (revs up a little bit) then you have a vacuum leak on that boot. (The vacuum is sucking the carb cleaner into the engine, changing the rpms.)

cbreric it still cant idle below 1500 rpms it dies, and theres alot of play with rpms when idling it bounces back and forth about 200-300 rpms.
Gogar im positive all the springs are there. & i will try out the carb cleaner test in a bit let you know!

They're held on with blue loctite. If you grab 'em with a needle-nose or a vice- grip (softly) and GENTLY, SLOWLY work them from side to side they should come off after a while. Be careful because you don't want to bend the actual brass screw underneath.

Ok so i got the outside two off but the inside ones are a pain in the butt. Also i picked up some spark plugs today put them in, bike fires right up now, no choke, idles at 1400 rpms, but its still boggin and pops a bit up to about 6k. The old sparks got a brownish burn look to them, i know thats not a good sign, but what sign is it lol?
