No it's not as long as your mind is clear when working. I did have a hard time getting all carbs exactly at the same level near the bypass holes. At first I couldn't tell which was the number 2 carb. After playing with the adjustment screws I got them close as can be but it wasn't perfectly aligned which I was aiming for.
