bought a f2 gas tank for my hurricane

it does not seem to want to fit can anyone help me find the tread or person that said it would i just want to learn what im going wrong! the tank seems to long and to narrow! HELP PLEASE! I JUST WANT TO RIDE.

Yep sucks! i'm about to go to the dealer and pay the 600 for a new tank! no one seems tohave one!
