Default 89 hurricane 600 front caliper bracket

Just wondering if anyone has a spare front left caliper bracket for the 90 hurricane 600. I ordered an 87-88 bracket from ebay, but the bracket is about half an inch longer than the 89 models. I broke a screw in my current bracket so I can either try extracting it, which will be a biznatch lol, or shorten the 87-88 bracket by cutting and welding, which will also be a biznatch lol.

So if you guys have an extra 89 Left front caliper bracket lying around, I'll gladly buy it from you to save the hassle. Thanks guys!

i wasn't aware of any suspension changes mid year, and dont recall seeing different diagrams in the manual. thats weird the parts dont interchange. you sure the ebay seller listed it correctly?

Does the 89 have the anti-dive linkage on the left fork like the 87/88?

'88-'90 should be the same, '87 is a different part number.
