89' cane wont start
so i have cleaned the carb, the gas tank, changed the spark plug and the fuel filter but she just wont turn over. i don't know what could be going wrong. i was thinking maybe the fuel pump, does anyone have any idea or anyway i can trouble shoot the problem? thank you.

She won't turn over - fuse or something similar, or starter related
or did you mean
Won't fire - in which case check everything you did to the carbs and make sure settings for air correction are correct.
Insufficient information to really help much. Could just be a dead battery............

Check for spark on all 4 plug wires and make sure you're getting fuel to the carbs. A quick way to check for fuel delivery is to spray just a little bit of carb cleaner or starting fluid into the carb intakes and see if it fires.
You need fuel, spark, and good compression to start an engine. One of those areas is the source of your problem. Also make sure your plug wires are routed to the correct cylinders. That seems to be a common mistake people make.

HI
pick up coils I spoke are these into the leflt engine case. these coils (2) give the signal to the management unit.
Sometimes it worked , sometimes not , very difficult to detect, no spark at all on the plugs when one of the ignition coil failed.
Only way -> changed it - everething is ok now.
