None of the 600 parts will fit the 1000F and vice versa.

Suggest you try to get a title for the 1000F before doing any work or spending any money on it.

how do i go about getting a title? i went to the court house in kentucky and they told me i'd have to make the previous owner get a title and get it transfered into my name but the problem is he does not have a title and i can't get ahold of him. is there any way i can go about doing this or am i stuck with just parting it out?

The bogging in the midrange is normal with the bodywork off. Try taping the holes in the frame about half way and try it.

You are pretty much SOL on getting a title unless you have a good friend who owns a repair shop or impound lot and will submit a mechanic or storage lien against it. Or you can call a title service company who will basically do the same thing but charge $600+ for it.
