Default 87' Cane Project

Well, i was going to sell this bike and get a newer cbr in the spring. But i decided to keep it. Feels like the clutch started slipping...needs front tire...brake pads..wheel bearings..etc etc. Rode it all summer and it was a blast and i just cant bring myself top let her go. She walks away from my buddies 05' Buell 1200 lightening. Ill be posting pics as i go along...I figure ill redo the plastics and paint all of them black.

The old girl doesn't look too bad. I haven't seen very many of that color around for a long time.

Yeah, it out-accelerates the buell everytime. It has some mean acceleration for what it is. I just took her out for a ride today (~30* F) Got alot of looks and thumbs up

I agree thrasher....just a diamond in the rough.

Then why do you want to rattle can it black?

I'd try to maintain, or improve, the condition as it is! Not a bad looking bike as it sits.
