Default 1990 Honda CBR 600

what it is thing? i've rode many bikes(gsxr 1000, gsxr 600. zx-10, f3, f4i, cbr900rr) but my 1990 cbr 600 has just as much nut as all the 1000's and 900's i've rode. u think it has a sproket kit in it. all it has for mods is a yosh slip on. also what parts r interchangeable?

well, 87 was the first year. 87-90 is F1 600s. the 1000 went to something like 94-96. some different pieces will fit up with some work, but you may have to fit/fabricate some stays(brackets) and/or have to cut the pieces to fit. it all depends. i dont think any pieces will just fit straight up without any real work. like i said, anything is possible, just depends on the amount of time/money/effort you are willing to put in to make it the way you want it.

I don't know about your side of the pond, but over here the last model year for the original shape was 89-90 and the next version (called the 600FM over here) came in from about September 90. So if it's old shape and a 90, it's probably an 89-90. I have one of each and there are only very tiny differences in some parts, but they still fit.

When I say one of each I mean an 88-89 and an 89-90, FK and FL in the UK. The only bits that match from the FM (second version - 1990 F2?) seem to be the bar-end weights and the footrests. Sorry if that was confusing...
