On the clutch cover side (right side if you are sitting on the bike), there are 2 allen head bolts one big and in the center, the other smaller and up and to the right if you are looking at the cover, I know the big one in the middle is a 10mm allen, not sure on the other (probably 5mm or so).
Remove both of those, the big one will give you access to a 14mm nut to turn the crank, the smaller opening is for you to look through with a flashlight and look for a "T" next to a line, line at up with the center of the small hole.
If you are doing this for removing the cams, there are 2 tick marks on each cam gear on the right side, these should sit even with the top of the cylinder head if everything is lined up right.
Let me know if you have any questions
Good Luck!
