my wife wants me sitting more upright to give her more wind protection on the back. I tried vfr800 bars that improved it but need to bring bars up and back a further inch. Any suggestions?

First, I understand your wife's concern.

I have Convertibars on mine (www.convertibars.com) and highly recommend them. Not only are they fully adjustable, but you can actually adjust on the fly (during a ride) with an allen wrench that tucks away in the throttle side.

Good thoughts Ripp'n! Answer to your question is New Zealand. Had a great ride today - fine weather, just a little crisp - you'll have to learn to talk kms/hr and get down here for a ride. G.P

 

I talked to a guy on a blackbird the other day, he said 'heli-bars', maybe that'll help.

 

That would be a great place for a riding adventure!

 

I think that the Convertibars would be what you are looking for from what I have read, I am going to get some VFR800 bars myself in the near future just to give my self a bit more room and take pressure off my hands.

 

Where are you going to find the VFR Bars?

 

I will most likely have to go for new as second hand seem few and far between unfortunately[&o]
