Default Back brake locking up

I have 2000 Blackbird and my rear brake keeps locking up. As soon as I start riding my rear brake pedal feels dead and my rear brake locks up. What are my options for fixing this problem?

Does the BB have the linked braking system? It's possible that one of the front caliper pistons is dragging a bit. This would cause a little torque to be applied to the secondary master cylinder located on the front forks. If it doesn't have the linked brake system, then I'm not sure.

Flushed rear brake, new fluids and bled. Rear brake still locks up, how do I proceed.

I would suggest trying to locate the Honda shop manual for the BB. It's going to have a section on rebuilding all the components of the linked brake system. If I recall correctly, there are portions of it that should not be taken apart. Some precision adjustments and if messed with will be difficult to make work again.

+1 for the secondary master cylinder.
