Ya been riding anymore? Meant to tell you to give the suspension settings a little time to grow on you before you change anything. I'm 6' even and 190ish. Settings seemed harsh at first (definitely not a Busa) and the seat was hard. Got used to both and love 'em.

I didn't change anything on the bike yet. We're about the same size...
