I wiil admit some of you guys got it made.My wife knows that I work long hours in all kinds of weather.I make a handsome salary and I spread the wealth around.She gets her **** for the house I have my toy the RR.everyone is happy.

Right now, my wife and I have the exact same helmet (well hers is a different size). But she told me the next one I buy better be a Shoei or an Arai because she doesn't want my head to explode if I crash during a track day. Gotta love that gal!

Cos everytime we got into an argument..she would go out shoppin, dats when these 2 Arai came about..the rest is history.
I got myself a Simpson Outlaw helmet without her knowing too..LOL!! And if she ever finds out..the punishment would be a gift for her of the same or more value..ouch!!

as long as it's snell approved it should be fine... even if it's a $150 helmet. when you buy the $500+ helmets you're doing it for looks, comfort, etc. a passenger doesn't necessarily need the best looking helmet, but something that will protect them. so no point in buying them a $500 helmet.

my gf wears a cheaper helmet, its just louder and not as comfortable as the more expensive helmets. I decided to get a cheaper one ($250) for her so I could afford other gear for her like a jacket, gloves, and boots.
