i have a 06 1krr and thinking about putting chrome rims on it, has anyone seen one that has this done.... how does it look??? my bike is black....they want 650.00 for both rims and 210.00 for labor...how does this price sound??

I love it. Its silver due to we could not get the black when 06' just came out(8months ago) But just recently they(Honda) have released 150 black bikes(DAMN them).

Those look sweet on the silver. I'm sure they would look just as good if not better on the black. Make sure you post some pics after the you them mounted.

Where are you located. $700.00 in Florida, installed, plus a 3 year warranty on the chrome.

 

chrome is just so heavy

i am doing all i can to decrease my rotating mass

520 chain and sprockets
lightened rear rotor

saving for BST carbon fiber wheels

with chrome wheels how bad does handling suffer

 

Those chrome wheels look sick on that silver scheme! Nice *** bike!
