Sounds like you got a great deal mate! First mod would depend on if you want your bike to look good or sound good? Myself i would do fender elim and tinted screen, it changes the look of the bike to a more agressive one..Im sure whatever you do you will be very happy with the bike. Congrats and welcome

Thanks for your opinions and the welcome,my bike is silver and black.I'm gonna start with a slip-on.I'm going with scorpion carbon fiber. It has a lifetime gurantee and never needs to be repacked, also if you crash they give you half price on another one with your trade in.Does anyone else run a scorpion just curious how it sounds and performs, and what is "flapper mod"

That is a great deal.
My only advice would be that since you saved so much dough on the bike that you first take a look at your riding gear to make sure it's up to snuff. Before spending a bunch of $$$ on parts, make sure you've got a GOOD helmet, gloves, boots, and jacket. If you have those things, maybe look into getting some leather gear.
Welcome!
