Another alternative to taking off the heat sheild would be to powder coat it. ya leg stays cool, but it doesnt stand out.

o yah, the bike looks good, might i suggest getting a gas cap cover that macthes your tank protector.

haha, yeah i just got it a lil bit ago. its only got like 200 miles on it now. and i havent quite opened her up yet but ive had it above 150

Beautiful bike. I was browing your pics on photobucket and came across a picture named "knee". What is that? Sorry, I don't mean to be nosey, but it just caught my eye.

Great lookin' bike Ryan. I like bboi's suggestion with powdercoating the heat shield to match the rest of your bike.

thanks for the input. i may paint the heatshield, that seems to be a popular idea.........the "knee" is a picture of an actual knee during a total knee surgery.
