Default TIRE PSI

What is the recommended PSI that your front and back tire should be at just for normal street driving conditions. I have a 2006 cbr 1000rr with stock tires if that helps any.

36f 42r is the recommended 2-up riding pressure.
I run mine 33f 33r solo.

Whatever your tire says I've heard to go -2 for the best handling, I'm not the authority on this but it seems to work for me.

in theory you need to have your cold tire pressure so that it gains 5psi when the tire gets hot.
that is the supposed optimum tire pressure.
on the street i run 32/36 in the pilot powers on my 1000rr and after a hard ride they are ususally in the neighborhood of 34-38 when i get home. so i need to technically drop them lower to get them hotter but i hate sacrificing mileage and tire wear on a street bike.

on the track i run 30/29 and after some good hot laps 35 +/-1 psi in each tire with a temp of 180 degrees on the thermometer if i get to it as soon as i pull into the paddock
