Went for a nice ride today and took some pics to share with everyone down some nice long sweepers in the woods only around 20 miles from my house. I figure I better take some of my bike before I get the mod bug that already started lol got a pipe going on next week : ) This bike rides so nice and the power is incredible and still haven't really even got past 6 to 7000 rpms i've only got around 220 miles on her and i'll probably wait to a little over 300 before I start going deeper into the RPMS , plus its giving me more time to get use to the power band and handling characteristics of this bike. I've had a lot of bikes but this one is by far the smoothest and most power. I've had a seven year layoff from riding and it feels so good to be back in the wind.One ofMy last bikes was 99 R1 And I loved that bike but this one well needless to say is a different animal. yeah dude i just picked up a 07repsol the power and handeling in insaneeeeeeeeeeee

 

I could of bought a 08 and it just wasnt my style, it was beautiful dont get me wrong but maybe I just needed more time to look at it were this new 06 just jumped out at me and had little of that old school look im used to. But dont get me wrong if I had the money i'd have a 08 too for sure .

But ya just short shifting the power is incredible and handles like a surgeons scapple : ) so precise I'VE been finding myself having to lift because im over turning like im not looking far enough a head in the turn but i am. Im getting used to her now and really loving it .

I'm wondering if that exhaust will fit a 2005 because I've been looking to buy a stock one because they come with a polish tip unlike my 05 plus I like to keep mine stock, good enough sound for me
