slippery passenger seat
So I bought my new 1k last summer and have enjoyed the hell out of it so far. However, my wife complains about the passenger seat being to slippery. I have to admit, it does get annoying everytime I let off the throttle or when I goose it she goes sliding around. I have explained to her how to squeeze her legs together to get a better grip on me, but it aint working for her. So, if anyone has some suggestions, new seat perhaps, maybe some kind of sticky rubber cover for the seat, or just whatever. It would make riding with my hottie little wife on back much more fun. btw I didn't armor-all it lol

RE: slippery passenger seat
LOL.....just go to the nearest sporting goods store and go the the football section and buy a can of aresol "stick-um".....when you 2 go out for a ride, before she gets on tell her to bend over and spray her buttocks down with it....should be plenty of grip for her....lol
i know i have a cortech sport tail-pack that came with a piece of unfaced neoprene to go between the pack and the rear seat to avoid sliding around....this piece of material would be perffect....pus give a little gel-seat action
good luck
btw, i learned myu lesson with armorall and motorcycle seats a loooooooong time ago with a dirtbike....thats a mistake you dont make twice...

RE: slippery passenger seat
squeezing her legs together will help in bed, not the bike ... it'll only serve to squeeze her off !
simple rule of thumb for pillion riders is one hand on the tank to bolster themselves when braking/decelerating and the other around the actual rider to hold on when accelerating
