shaking is not a good thing - especially at high speeds. definitely have it checked out.

I heard that i might need a stearing stabilizer and that would maybe stop it. Is that common?

Does not sound good to me! You do not mention what bike you ride, but any modern super bike should be able to run 120mph with one hand on the bars. Start by checking tire pressure and also look for bad spots on the tyres. (uneven wear) Further have your suspension checked out, maybe there is a problem with the setup or even a shock that is faulty

Seeing that it is a 05 CBR 1000RR, it sounds even more suspicious as the HESD should be able to sort out any shaking. Also have this checked out, but start with the more obvious like tyre and suspension setup as this is more than likely what the problem is.

I will also be posting some suggestions on suspension setup for track use and you can use this as reference to give your suspension a run over.

Wow, I would say that's not normal; mine seems to get more stable the faster it goes...head to the shop and let them check it out....bad joke but I can't resist, are you sure its the bike and not you that are shaking? Just kidding, but the 1krr is serious thrill ride, guaranteed to get your blood pumping
