any 1 got tthoughts on scorpion helmets never heard of them looking at a ex0-700 thanks

 

You will find it to be the best helmet you can buy within that price range. I love my scorpion! I will definately buy another one.

 

Check out the ex-1000. It is supposed to be coming out any day now. I want to get it because if the flip-down sunglass visor.

 

i tried them on and fits great, maybe my next helmet. after the four i have now crap out.

 

I have an EXO-700. Great helmet, great price. Like MichTa73 said, the EXO-1000 looks to be even better than the 700. Internal flip-down sun visor and inflatable cheek pads.

In the end, it all comes down to which helmet fits your head shape, and personal preference. For the price, I think you can't beat the Scorpion helmets.

scorpion is also coming out with a riding jacket that is all winter, summer, and rain riding all built into one and thats supposed to be coming out this week and the liners are removable ....so yeah ill be getting one ....cost around ..250 or so i also have a exo-700 rivet matte silver ....i love it

 

Yeah I got the Yellow EXO-700 Rivet, awesome helmet, the only thing I wish I did was start with one size smaller. When I first got it, it was snug, but after breaking it in, I could definately have fit into a smaller helmet. But awesome helmet for the money otherwise.

 

I had an EXO-400 as my first helmet, I got a 3XL because my head is ginormous and it was my first helmet so I wasn't used to it squeezing my face that much. When I went shopping for an upgrade, the 700 has a different shape with more room in the crown so I got an XL because I was used to wearing a helmet, and it is very comfortable. The 700 is a more aggressive style helmet and I noticed a decrease in wind buffeting on the highway. Just try on a bunch at the dealer.

The EXO-1000 is supposed to be awesome, but I can't really afford one right now, maybe in a couple of months.

 

Love mine. Will buy another one without question. I heard that the 1000 is delayed till new yearand they took it off their website's helmet section so I wouldn't sit around waiting for it. I can't wait for the 1000 to come out though. When they had it on the site, it looked sweet. The new gear that they have looks pretty sweet too. It's gonna be a fun spring for Scorpion fans to say the least.

You can pick up a 700 with one extra shield for less than 200 dollars from a variety of places. I think it's the best helmet deal out there right now and would recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: I stand corrected.The exo1000 isnow back on their website so I don't know how long it's going to be until we see one on the shelf. The gear says October and that is one sweet looking jacket and gloves that they are showing.
