hey guys its me again , i noticed there to be some conversation about the new repsol bike , does anyone else have one , and what are your feelings on the sticker kit provided with the bike, i have yet to put it on , and i was wondering on how easy the install was? and also was there some sort of template that you used to know the proper place for each sticker. any info would be great! thanks guys

And like I said before, it may take a bit, before Repsol color matched accessories will be available. But not as long as it did last year for the new 1000, as all that needs to be changed is color.

 

personally id keep it black. or put a select few decals on only

I dunno what Tadi is bangin on about dude - you mention sticker templates he goes on about accessories. As far as your actual question goes:

I put mine on with alot of patience, you may need to go over a few fairing fixing holes, but thats ok, just trim around with a sharp blade (i used a scalpal, you have to cut the hole or the screws warm up and the pocket of air expands ruinin the sticker). There is no template as far as i am aware - I've looked at a few gallery pics throughout different sites and they all had different orders etc, but 3 rules, michelin men always go on fender, single repsol sticker goes on top of tank and one gas goes on front under lights (if you wanna be accurate to gp of course ) other than that decorate the belly however you like - it'll be yours forever then even when sold!!

Snap, did the Repsol (letters) decals on the white and the CBR Racing decal come attached to your bike, or do you have you attach those too?

 

my bike camwith all the repsol stickers on the bike already, only ones that are not on the bike yet are the sponser stickers that go on the lowe,r fairing and the michelin man on the front fender. although i am planning on putting them on soon.

 

here's my bike with the stickers on.........need some patience to put em on, but its worth it doing it yourself
