Default replacement fairings

OK, ill be stateside again shortly, i want to replace my fairings as they are in dire need of it. I know not to buy any kits off ebay. but how about cbrfairings.com or fast fairings. what did you guys use. Do we have vendors on this forum, cause I'd go though a forum vendor for fairing, exhaust, and PC. Let me know thanks. And I cant search, deployed and that feature doesn't work with the ships browsers. Thanks again

I've heard of those. You might add Auctmart to your list. I've seen some pics of 1000RR Auctmart fairing kits and they look pretty good. Some owners report that it sometimes takes a bit of sanding and filing here and there to get everything to fit properly but they seem to like the end result.

nicecycles.com

a little more pricey but oem fit, no cutting or drilling new holes. IMO spend the extra coin for it to be right

Me and a buddy from work bought some from ebay, simple bolt on. I dont know 12pack got the idea of having to drill and cut. Back in 04 when I bought some for my f2 you had too but times changed....Total with tank painted to match was about 750. You would come out spending like 500 tops because of the tank cover coming with the kit....cbrfairings.com gets their kits from China, the same place i got mine. They just throw in their middle man fees

After my little spill last weekend, I'm considering saving up for a kit. Was looking at CBRfairings.com. They seem pretty legit. Let me know how it goes.

so my cbr fairing kit is ok, the lower fairings went to **** even with the heat wrap. I tossed them and re installed the old lowers after a good clean up. fit was good, little bit off but it was expected, had to cut some plastic around the head lights. upper side had to be flexed to work. but all in all very good. AND the say the come bare, mine has fireblade on the uppers under CBR, did not want that... I have the old plastics for sale, get at me for prices, no nose or lowers, left upper light scratches and tail lightly cracked.
