i have a new 1000rr with an fmf apex exhaust and im 5'11'' weigh about 210lbs, my best friend has an 04 gsxr 1000 fully chromed (frame subframe swing arm triple tree rims etc..) with a power commander just lap top tune no dyno tuning and micron exhaust, hes 5'6'' and wieghs maybe 125 pounds on a full stomach, were gunna line em up for a little competition for s**ts and giggles lol!, from a dig and from a 40 mph roll, who would you put your money on, both of us know what were doin on our bikes.

Dragging is 20% bike, 80% driver. You can never tell what's going to happen unless you are intimately familiar with the capabilities of both drivers.

What I wanna know is; WTF does that Gixxer weigh with all that chrome **** on it, and why does your friend hate his bike and himself so much?

 

85# difference, eh? If he can ride equally to you then he will win standing start and roll on. But as stated above, anything can happen ... which is why you race

 

do a roll race to find which bike is faster, do a dig race to see who is a faster rider
