Default quick question

Got a quick question for all you wise guys in here lol My rear brakes are acting crazy, When the brake is pressed it seems to just barely move, and when it does it seems to stick some. doesnt seem to go all the way back into the reset position. That and it seems to only give me about 20 to 30 percent of its braking ability. any help would be appreciated

Without knowing anything about the bike it's tough to say, but it sounds like there's something up with the rear master cylinder or the linkage to thelever. Is there brake fluid in thereservoir? How old is the bike?

Well... Motorcycle brake systems are fairly simple, though not necessarily easy to service. I suppose the easiest thing to check would be the brake lever pivot point. Make sure it's clean, lubricated and not binding. If all the linkage to the master cylinder is OK, thenit's probably somethingwith the master cylinder or brake caliper and/or their pistons and seals. You could try flushing the brake fluid, butI'd be surprised of that helped on a bike that's only 3 years old.
