How can I get my PICS small enough to load I cannot get them to load they say TO BIG?

 

You can resize them in Micro paint. I had some of the guys help me out with that, talk to Don Collins or Musichyp. Both those guys hooked me up.

 

It's not necessarily the size on the screen, it's the file size. You can have a little bity picture that will still say it's too big.

If you use something like Photoshop or others, they generally have a "Save As" option. You just need to get the file size down to under 200K (or whatever limit you're working with). You can do this with a lot of different programs by selecting the screen size and the quality level.

Without knowing your particular software, I can't tell you the exact steps, but this should be enough to point you in the right direction.
