Whats up everyone will I bought my new 08 1000RR 11 days ago and laid it down on last tuesday. Had the front end up in 1st at about 8K and a dog ran out into the road so I dumped the gas and when the front end slammed down my wrist snapped the throttle and the bike went over backwards. I skidded and rolled about 200ft and the bike went about 500ft. Just got the estimate for the repair and its $6000. yikes so thats been my great 1000 RR experiance so far. HA any way wanted to say hey and looking forward to meeting some new people.

Your bike slid 500 feet at ~35 MPH? Hand me some of them drugs you're doing.

Once on its side, bikes slide! I dropped my XX at about 3 mph and it went about 30 feet!

 

Not 500 feet, ever. Not at that speed. That's almost 2 football fields, and he claimed he slid 200.

Wow its harsh in here ! Sorry to hear that a nice bike got hurt anyway. The streets a bad place to learn to stunt tho.
